Haghartsin, Parz Lake, Goshavank

Many of our tourists admit that they imagined Armenia as a semi-desert country with a mountainous dry climate. However, after visiting Tavush Region, their ideas have completely changed. During this tour, we will be in Dilijan, one of the resort cities of the region, we will visit the wonderful medieval monastic complexes, Haghartsin and Goshavank, and we will also be in the beautiful Parz Lake hidden in the forests.

The medieval monastery complex of Haghartsin is the pearl of the Tavush region. Harmoniously merging with the surrounding nature, it also looks like a shy bride tried to hide her stunning beauty by wrapping herself in colorful dresses of deciduous forests. The monastery is beautiful in all seasons, but especially in spring and late autumn, when nature here fully demonstrates its amazing creative abilities, painting it with all possible colors and shades of the palette.
